Immortal Realms is very reminiscent of the Heroes of Might & Magic games. Sinister vampires go into battle in the game. Immortal Realms combines the management of your dark realm with turn-based battles. The central element is the hero of your faction. The heroes are lords who level up and can be reinforced with items. You train troops and go into battle with your lord.
The campaign consists of 12 parts and takes place on the continent of Nemire. After the people rebel and the original vampire Urhammu returns, a new vampire war is just around the corner. You move through different areas with your troops, fight your way through different battles, conquer castles and manage your army. You replenish your troops and strengthen yourself before the battle starts again. The cards are divided into squares. The tactics are made more difficult by bottlenecks, houses and obstacles.
Conclusion
Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars uses the well-known Might & Magic gameplay. That doesn't harm the game. The graphics can be a little better and look a bit dated. This is not noticeable in the game itself, but rather in the cutscenes. The game is definitely recommended for strategy fans.
