Caution! The morbid are coming, a human race created through digital technologies and optimization that reproduces through technical production. You are one of the few survivors, the Wiggels, who stand up against technology as the last bastion. It sounds a little like Matrix.
Off to chance!
Green and Gray is an indie game that combines tower defense and strategy. The game mechanics are based on chance, which is why a game should never be the same. The system regenerates the playing field and the opponents for each round. The randomly generated weather and nature have an influence on the game. The loot and the boss are also rarely the same. As a player, you always have to keep an eye on resources and research in this game. There are also passive skills that improve your buildings.

The play area
You take on the task of the mayor of his own city to remodel it in order to also defend it against your opponents. The core of the game takes place on a central playing field. The battlefield for the fights is divided into different areas: The stages.
The Twiggels
The buildings in the city provide you with additional bonuses in battle. These can be improved over time. So that you can defend yourself against your opponents, you can build towers that cause damage. However, they are relatively clumsy and always have to be aimed at the opponents first. The opponents themselves attack you with ground units, air units and bosses.

Conclusion
Martin Steguweit's game is still under development. The graphics aren't quite up-to-date, but it offers a complex build-up and combat system. The game has also been in development since 2011. Support is still welcome as the project progresses.
