A game that alludes to language understanding? Eloquence is a very special game in this regard.

Eloquence is a point and click language puzzle game. You will learn to understand and express yourself in sign language. The easiest way to find out what individual sign language phrases and sentences mean is to repeat them and see how each character reacts to it.
Eloquence is based on the concept that you solve individual puzzles by collecting sign language formulations and learning them bit by bit. Three sign languages were created for the game, starting with the idea of an emoji language in which individual emojis replace sentences. The concept evolved into the 3 symbolic languages, each using different aspects of linguistics used in natural languages around the world. 
A foreign country
In Eloquence you will be placed in the middle of a foreign country, where everyone speaks a language that you do not understand. In these situations the 1st instinct is to repeat what the local people are saying. This way you get a little more on how the language works. This can develop further if you can formulate your own sentences. At the end of the game you have mastered the foreign symbol language.
Conclusion
The concept of eloquence is very interesting and shows how language can be used and learned. I can highly recommend the game, but you need a little patience until you have read through the sign language. In that sense, the game presents a challenge.
