The game Ace Combat: Joint Assault takes you into the multiplayer skies. Off we go with the flight simulator.
Ace Combat: Joint Assault
This Ace Combat game is not for solo players. Joint Assault is nothing new. The campaign kept short. The story lets you choose between several missions. Once you have completed a mission, it will fill your war chest. You use it to buy ammunition or new planes, paintwork and weapons. The final bosses include flying fortresses. There are a total of six game variants.

The co-op mode
Joint Assault has a co-op mode that is woven into the campaign. Up to four men can get on there. This does not change the mission structure. With more players, the level of difficulty increases. In the co-op area, the members are divided into two teams. Each team takes care of a battlefield. The effects of the battles overlap.

Graphics and sound
The graphics of the cities are graphically well represented, as are the machines. What is noticeable negatively is the raster effect of the background. The floor textures also leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes the loading times are too long. A larger installation shortens it a little. The soundtrack is very well composed and is reminiscent of Hans Zimmer. The voice output can be English or Japanese. There are only subtitles in German.
Conclusion
Ace Combat: Joint Assault is good, but not great. The campaign design could yield more. The multiplayer mode has increased significantly compared to earlier parts. For fans of flight simulators, the game is good, but nothing more.
